The SSC Slalom is a world record setting tubular tire developed in collaboration with Katie Compton and used by many Pro Riders. It is hand built in France on a natural cotton casing, offering the best in both suppleness and low rolling resistance.
The tire comes with a superior all around tread and features a latex inner tube to lower the rolling resistance and offer a better puncture protection. The improved grip will help you to quickly change direction and stay safe even on challenging and technical trails. The Pro-Version comes with an additional layer of material at the sidewalls which increases the response of the tire and adds extra puncture protection.
All FMB cyclocross tires have a factory installed highly water resistant sidewall coating.
